If you look at him, he IS colorful, cheerful and upbeat. When you look at some people with complete facial tattooing, they are more sullen and the ink seems to reflect a more f**k you attitude. Most are not smiling in their photos and aren't dressed very well either. Mr. Potts is smiling and in a suit.
